ServiceNow Expands Global Partner Program to Accelerate AI Agent Innovation
ServiceNow, widely recognized as the AI control tower for business reinvention, has announced major enhancements to its Global Partner Program, aimed at accelerating AI agent innovation and partner-led growth across industries.
At the core of this expansion is a newly reimagined Build Program, designed to open ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem to a broader range of innovators. The update also strengthens the ServiceNow Store, positioning it as a global marketplace for partner-built AI agents and intelligent workflow solutions.
Through the enhanced program, a wider community of independent software vendors (ISVs), developers, and technology partners can now build, test, certify, and distribute solutions directly on the ServiceNow AI Platform. More than 1,000 partners, including AutomatePro, SailPoint, and others, are transitioning to the revamped program—marking a significant milestone in ServiceNow’s partner strategy.
In addition, ServiceNow introduced a unified investment portfolio and a simplified pricing model to fuel partner-led innovation. These updates are designed to make it easier for partners to innovate, differentiate their offerings, and monetize solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
Growing Partner Ecosystem Powers AI at Scale
ServiceNow’s global partner ecosystem continues to grow, now comprising more than 2,700 partners worldwide. As enterprises move from AI experimentation to AI deployment at scale, partners play an increasingly vital role in delivering specialized use cases, accelerating implementation, and driving measurable business outcomes.
By expanding and opening its partner ecosystem, ServiceNow is better positioned to meet rising enterprise demand for AI agents, generative automation, and industry-specific workflow innovation. The latest enhancements equip partners with the programs, investments, and platform capabilities needed to lead the next phase of AI-powered digital transformation.
Driving the AI-Native Future
“ServiceNow is building a vibrant partner ecosystem for the AI-native future,” said Michael Park, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow. “By simplifying how partners build on the ServiceNow AI Platform and expanding our commitment to partner co-innovation, we’re making it easier than ever for partners to create differentiated AI-powered solutions.
