OutSystems, a leading AI-powered application development platform, has announced the appointment of Fay Sien Goon as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Goon will lead the company’s global financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal execution as OutSystems continues to expand its market leadership and accelerate innovation in AI-driven applications and intelligent agents.

Goon brings more than 20 years of experience across the SaaS and enterprise software sectors, with a strong track record of driving sustainable growth and disciplined financial performance. She joins OutSystems from AppFolio, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Goon spent nearly a decade at ServiceNow, playing a key role during the company’s most transformative growth phase. As Chief Accounting Officer, she led global accounting and finance functions and supported the company through major financial milestones.
